Shipping and Delivery
If you place your order before 2:00 pm (French time) from Monday to Friday (excluding holidays), your package will be shipped the same day via Colissimo or DHL (if the product is in stock). The day of delivery, you will be notified by email or sms of the time of passage of the deliveryman.
Europe: Austria, Belgium, Cyprus, Czech Republic, Denmark, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Kingdom. Americas: Argentina, Canada, Chile, Colombia, United States and Mexico. Asia: China (including Hong Kong & Taiwan), India, Japan, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, South Korea and Thailand. Middle East : Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, Turkey and the United Arab Emirates. Oceania: Australia and New Zealand. Africa: Egypt, Morocco, Mauritius and South Africa.
At Famascarpe we make it a point to deliver all orders for free, so delivery is always free.
First, check the tracking of your package on the carrier's website with the tracking number you received by email. If your package is indicated as being in the process of being delivered, we invite you to wait until the scheduled delivery date. If your package is pending with the carrier, we invite you to collect it at the address indicated on the delivery notice or on the carrier's website. We also ask you to verify on your order tracking that the delivery address indicated on your order is correct.
Exchanges and Returns
You can request a change or cancellation of an order by contacting our customer service. Please have your 6-digit order number preceded by a hashtag, which you can find in your order confirmation email, and then contact us by email at email@example.com. If you modify an order and its price changes, you will be asked to pay the difference. Conversely, we will refund the overpayment if necessary.
You can ask to exchange your order within 30 calendar days after its reception. To do so, please contact us by e-mail: firstname.lastname@example.org. We will proceed to the exchange of your order provided that the product has not been worn, that it is returned in its original packaging and with all its accessories. Following your request by email, we will send you a stamped return slip as well as a return form to slip into your package. Once the return is received and processed, our customer service will send you by email a credit note of a value equal to the initial order (excluding shipping costs), to be used within 12 months after its receipt. Exchanges are free of charge for orders shipped within France. For orders shipped to other countries, return shipping costs are at your expense.

Following your request by email, we will send you a stamped return slip as well as a return form to slip into your package. Once the return is received and processed, the refund will be made within 24 to 48 hours on the payment method used for the initial order. Exchanges are free of charge for orders shipped within France. For orders shipped to other countries, you will be responsible for the return shipping costs. If you wish to cancel your order before receiving it, it will be processed in accordance with the conditions outlined in ARTICLE 7 - Right of Withdrawal of the General Terms and Conditions of Sale.
If you wish to cancel your order placed by Klarna, you must send your request by e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org. We will refund the monthly payments already made (including fees) and cancel the following ones. If you wish to change or exchange your order placed with Klarna, you must send your request by e-mail to the address. If you exchange or change to a product with a lower price than the original product, we will refund the difference by deducting it from the last monthly payment. In the opposite case, we will send you a payment link allowing you to pay the difference in one go, by credit card.
If you have received a defective product or different from the one ordered, do not request a return via the returns portal. We invite you to contact our customer service directly at the following email address: email@example.com. Our team will tell you the procedure to follow to return the product you received.
We accept payment by credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex), debit card, Klarna (payment in 3 times).
To benefit from the option of payment in 3 times, it is necessary that the total amount of your order is 140$ minimum. Simply select the Klarna option - Payment in 3 instalments to pay for your purchase and spread the payment over 3 months in a secure manner. Your order is taken into account and processed within our usual timeframe of 7 working days on average (excluding weekends and public holidays).
