Refund Policy

Return/Exchange conditions

FAMASCARPE ("we", "us", "our") accepts returns or exchanges of products ("products") eligible for return (as defined in the general conditions of sale of FAMASCARPE) during a period of 30 calendar days from receipt of the products. the right of withdrawal does not apply to orders for customized products and any other product identified on the site, prior to your order, as non-returnable (in accordance with applicable regulations) ("non-returnable products"). we allow exchanges only between products of the same price, in a different size/color. if you wish to receive a different product or the same product in a different color, please return the product for a refund and place a new order online for the product you wish to purchase. products must be returned in their original, unaltered, unused and undamaged condition, in their original packaging, if applicable, with all tags attached and all accessories, documents (including instruction booklet, product certificates) and protective packaging. returns or exchanges of incomplete, altered, worn, damaged or soiled products will not be accepted and the products will be returned to you. the foregoing does not affect your rights with respect to products that are defective in workmanship or not as described.

The return/exchange procedure

Before returning a product, you must inform us of your intention to return or exchange it. to do so you must : contact our customer service department to assist you at contact@famascarpe.com. you will receive an email confirming receipt of your return or exchange request. please follow the instructions below to return the product(s) to our warehouse or nearest store: securely pack the product(s) you wish to return or exchange to prevent damage; place them in their original packaging, if applicable, and then in the package in which you received your order; Attach the prepaid return label included in the package to the outside of the package, and seal the package securely; if you have misplaced the prepaid return label, please contact our customer service department for assistance; please note that the product(s) must be returned within 30 calendar days from the day you notify us of your intention to return the product(s).

Refund - Exchange

Upon receipt of the returned product for which a refund or exchange is requested, we will inspect the product to verify that it meets the conditions defined in Article 1 above. the refund will be made using the same method of payment as the one used at the time of purchase and in the same currency.
